I tried both. I have YouTube TV now.
It is hard to comment on the channels offered - its been a while since I had Live Hulu
What I like about YouTubeTV is I can use it in various zip codes as much as I want. Hulu only allows 2 or 3 zip code changes a year.
So, my kids both share our YouTube TV. We use it in TV as well as home.
