Default "Actual" Garage Door Repair company? (NOT R. Cull)

OTHER THAN RYAN CULL who told me "I only do springs" when I called him it seems where the front of the track of my OPENER where it attaches to the front of the garage wall is pulling away from the wall. Looks like the 2 lags aren't into a beam because they just spin if I try to tighten them. The opener or track likely needs to be removed and some kind of wood reinforcement needs to me mounted in front of it but there doesn't seem to be any space unless the entire opener is moved back a couple inches.

I noticed every time I opened/closed my door white dust fell on my car's rood. It seems the moving "trolly" has raised up a few inches and is rubbing on the ceiling scraping off painted wallboard which is what is falling on my car.

Anyone recommend an actual repair person/company? Seems the whole opener needs to be removed. It's a pretty new WI-FI, battery back-up & belt driven unit just 3 years old.
