All the cable companies suck and either lie or do not know their own products. I had comcast, cancelled, went to spectrum and got a 30 day money back guarantee. They really sucked and went back to comcast. Got a deal with them for being a new client that they would not give me as a continuing customer. Terrible way to treat people. Have internet only, no phone or tv. Takes some getting used to but glad not to be paying for all the dribble they show and slanted news.
