What you leave out in your rant is the video evidence of his running away from a mob trying to catch and kill him and his resorting to using his gun only when on the ground with a gun pointed at him. The only thing you stated accurately was he should not have been there but on the other hand he did have every right to be there as did the protesters. Oops rioters destroying private property with no intervention allowed from from law enforcement being managed by the elected leaders. So far testimony from prosecution witnesses seem to back up the defense.
