Well all people have to do is use your common sense. Did you order something or do you know who sent it to you! If I didn’t do either one of these things I don’t answer or except any packages that isn’t someone I know & absolutely don’t except any package that I’m not expecting. Also nobody should have to call or email, Fed Ex, Amazon, prime or eBay to get something that belongs or has your name on it. To except something that’s unknown, just be cautious. Also you should never have to waste your time emailing or calling anyone to get something that’s yours, if it has postage on it then it should be delivered.
