Replaced two windows where the seal was broken by a Power Washer and either 3 or 4 Screenswere replaced also.

Seems to be an Old School Contractor. He Underpromised and Over Delivered.

Nice job in a reasonable amount of time at a good price to boot. Hope this helps somebody.
