but unfortunately, this did not lead to a requirement that all staff should be vaccinated. just the opposite.

I, for one, wouldn't want my loved ones cared for by someone who wasn't vaccinated. as a former health care worker, it boogles my mind that people are thrilled it's not going to be mandated.
