It is not being a baby to need to use a cart if you have heart issues or other physical limitations. Every Villager pays for unlimited golf in their amenity fee and should be able to use the courses. I play once a week with a good friend who has a CAP card. I feel his pain and admire his ability to continue to play golf. 10 years ago he could play better and score lower than most golfers on the course. Give our fellow golfers a break…
