**IF** that is the actual reason they are closed my guess is they don't simply pick up a router at Best Buy. Their system must require a specially and highly protected router/firewall since it handles all their transactions etc.
THAT BEING SAID, While I have no idea I'd bet that isn't the real reason as the fix could have been done a lot faster..
Had you seen Starbucks in LSL at 10AM this morning, you would know where most of their addicted customers probably ended up. It was a zoo. Line was out the door and people were waiting outside it was so packed. Took 21 minutes from time of order on our app as we left home till it was ready.
The employees there were amazing, working together like a fine tuned machine in a tiny store. Kudos to them.
