A year after I moved into my 14 year old home here, the AC failed on the hottest day of July. I was going up north in 2 days. I contacted KT and Kevin also came out evaluated my problem and completed installation of a new AC unit complete in 1 day. I have a maintenance program with them to keep the warrenty in check and they have been prompt and thorough.
