I had them in NJ and they worked great. They are a bit overpriced. Depending on the type of trees they also may still need care. We had lots of maple trees and their "droppings" still got caught up in the mesh and would take root. No need (no trees) for me here. Also, in heavy rain they do restrict the gutters quite a bit due to the fine mesh so you could get lots of "overflow" that didn't make it into the gutters because the gutters are restricted by the fine mesh.
