Realize there are different appraisals. A insurance appraisal is usually twice it's real value and should it be stolen insurance typically pays half. I do not understand,"signed and numbered (maybe)" By coincidence, I have the same print. Mine is not signed or numbered. There are tons of them out there. Value on mine is whatever someone will pay for it. It has no real value other than the frame and the non-glare glass. It is amusing.
