Not really. Typically, if you have auto insurance and homeowner's insurance, you can buy a third policy called an umbrella policy. The umbrella policy merely piggybacks onto the other two policies, and it increases the liability limits for both policies. But, the umbrella policies I have seen do not add any additional risk coverages, they just provide a higher liability limit.
