Safety first.
To do this you have to understand basic 120V troubleshooting so you don’t get shocked.
When you say no power did you check the actual wires in the socket? I suspect grounding problem or now broken wire in socket? IMO You need to isolate it. Wires coming into socket and socket center to socket threads ground. If you got power from wires then it socket problem/ associated wiring problem. If you have no power at wires, it’s wiring or breaker problem. I suspect socket or photo cell wiring ( wire make have become discounted?) problem?
