age, credit, vehicle, location all play a part in this. I've had State Farm for decades. I can tell you that none of my vehicles are that that low for 6 months. I believe the lowest is 427. With that said, I also don't carry minimum coverage. It's not worth it in this state due to the types of drivers I was advised years ago to go on the higher end, and I'm glad I did. I also carry them for homeowners and umbrella.
