I guess she's got a lock on the seat until Jan 2011 unless she resigned (VERY DOUBTFUL), but I would expect some definite competition for her and some of her primary lieutenants at that time. I really don't see the media and/or her fellow Democrats demanding her resignation before then. But it is possible that as she is made to look more and more the fool, that she will lose some of her iron-fisted control of the Democrat caucus.
