yes, maybe someone who had actual executive experience and had demonstrated competence - unlike either obama or biden. A person who ran the largest state in the union by total area, total shoreline (more that the lower 48 combined), the greatest diversity of wildlife, etc and did it with a budget surplus. A person who had actually worked for a living rather than being a lifetime politician/community organizer. Sounds like a major step up from obama/biden to me.
