As a person who pays monthly and yearly fees to live in The Villages, I don't think it would be fair see someone have the same access for a small yearly token fee.
If I didn't live in The Villages, I'd be all for a small fee to ride far and wide on a golf cart in The Villages. I might bring my sand wedge and a putter and give those wee courses a try -- why not, I look like everyone else, who would ask. A dip in pool might be fine, too, I mean, if someone asked, I say I left my card at home in, uh..., The Village of Tall Trees, yeah, that's the ticket. If asked to leave, I've got a hundred more to try.
No not everyone on a golf cart from the outside would be a grifter, but I suspect we'd see a few.
The house next to mine cost just over 275k, and the house on the other side cost a little over 700k. There is a decent mix of snobs and average Joes here. There is no need to assail us all. At the town squares we all look equally awkward dancing.
I saw GoldWingNut's video today and heard him declare that there were 2 MM tunnels at the new high school. I thought, damn, high schoolers cruising in carts -- that'll be super safe. Now people outside the villages want access. Maybe it will be safer in my car on the roundabouts!

Which in turn generates tax dollars and extra monies within the Villages. Again, this may have already been proposed in the past but, maybe the turnover of New residents over the years might make this possible. Just thinking like $50.00 a year for an access Pass from the neighboring communities. Thanks for Your time.
