Hunh? Everything you could possibly want is south of 44, just newer. Many of the pre-owned older homes north of 44 are in need of updating and in some cases remodeling. The new homes have everything that buyers want - vaulted ceilings, higher bath counters, nice lighting, stainless appliances, etc. plus they haven't been baking in the Florida sun for 30 years. We moved from the northern part of the Villages to Marsh Bend two years ago and love it! Highly recommend the area.
