In this review, we will update and summarize the most common and plausible drugs for the treatment of COVID-19 patients. Remdesivir has a 23 percent chance of kidney failure and it can also lead to liver and multi organ failure. In a year long study of Ebola and 4 different drugs remdesivir was pulled from the study after 6 months because over half of the patients died on it.
