My original post was asking for a solid positive referral and an idea of cost. I see no point in asking for an estimate from someone I know nothing about. Among the responses I got:

A suggestion to wrap it instead. ( a useful and appreciated suggestion, as I knew nothing about that technique).

A suggestion to consider it a DIY project along with an offer to help me down that path (another appreciated suggestion and offer).

An unsolicited opinion that, despite knowing nothing of my circumstances, or the condition of the cart, or the care taken by the previous owner to maintain the cart, that I should just drive it "until the wheels fall off",

An amusing but not very useful digression about Johnny Bench, Pete Rose, and Cincinnati Reds,

And get this...not one direct answer to my question...Go figure!

And one snarky response insinuating that I should have just Googled it, and not availed myself of what might be some valuable and useful knowledge available from a golf cart community.

Just about par for the course around here.
