I notice very few booths selling hand made items. Am I to assume that all the others are currently grandfathered?
I noticed a new booth selling a battery additive. How did they get accepted?
I doubt there would be enough vendors selling hand made items to support a "market night".
I am not certain how one would define "hand made".
