The cure for that is backing these into the spots.
I have a 4 seater with 2 facing rear, and there are some issues driving it when it is full. Particularly if the rear seat is occupied by heavier folks. The rear facing seats are past the rear axle, causing a little see-saw effect on the cart as you drive - the front end feels lighter and it sways some - nothing terrible, but if you are planning to drive around with 4 full-sized people a lot, you may find the 4 forward facing seats to be easier. I've rented those, and you do need to take a little wider turn into tunnels, but they ride better with 4 on board. If you're driving around once in a while with 4 on board, the rear facing seats will work fine.
