I also understand that renters can be an issue, however, that is not the case with me. I was an owner before I came here to test out area before purchasing, until the prices went so far up, that if I wanted to buy, I may no longer be able to afford to buy here. I am also home-bound due to illness so no parties, no noise and I maintain the property as if it were my own.

Sometimes depends on how close to square you are? When I rented good majority of houses in the CYV’s was rentals ( close to Spanish springs), the few neighbors in there wasn’t pleased with all rental and traffic. One even said I couldn’t be in there pool. Which was close to where I was renting. Then, there the slumlords that rent by the day/week which Hugh turn over, so you can see why some next door that would not be too excited to see turn-overs every few days. Why even put yourself in that situation? Just don’t tell them or avoid the subject, or say I know an’t if awful?
