There is no answer to this question except it depends. We know that all people are not the same and yet we tend to think they are example, renters vs owners. People 55 vs 85 hair color etc etc etc.

We discuss one issue at a time and yet reality is never that way. With covid people do not get out as much. Home bound may have soured your views-that is normal.

"I may no longer be able to buy here." It is true that prices have gone up here but prices have gone up everywhere. You need to review your finances and decide what you can afford. Almost fortunately, I grew up POOR. To quote a friend, I was an overnight success. It only took me 45 years of hard work. Being happy is a choice. No matter what you have, others will have more. Enjoy what you have
