When we rented last year (for two months, prior to buying), we never met anyone who treated us rudely or indifferently when we told them we were renting...

Now that we've moved in (albeit part time), we've met several neighbors on the street, several have stopped by and we've had dinner with others...

Oddly, we rarely, if ever, see the one's on either side of us... People can be strange...
