Not sure how to read this post. I assume you are bi-lingual. You will be dealing with complex issues. You will be signing forms. Not sure if forms in Spanish would be binding.

A financial advisor? There are all kinds of people using that label. An important question is how are they PAID. Some will charge you a fee to advise you. Others are paid a commission on what they SELL you. Obviously those who are paid by commission will tend to steer you into products with higher commissions.

You may also need an attorney to draft a will etc.
