I live in Hawkins, south of 44 in the new areas. Publix is literally 5 minutes from my house in Magnolia Plaza, hardware store is 15 minutes (Sparrs), restaurants anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes at Brownwood. However, Sawgrass is opening in March and several restaurants there which is 7 minutes. Then in 3-4 years the Eastport square will open, and that will be the largest of the TV squares and it’s 10 minutes away. This area will fast become the center of TV within the next ten years at the growth rate and present plans.
