When you are in public, any space outside of your yard or a dog park, have your dog on a leash and pick-up after it.
We have three dogs and walk them in parks daily. Daily, we get to experience dog owners who should never own a dog. Huge signs noting a leash requirement and their stupid dog running around bothering everyone in the park. We understand that not everyone wants to interact with our pups. Our dogs are always on a leash, quiet, and we pick-up after them.

its just common courtesy & common sense & I left behind many bad neighbors not thinking I would end up next door to another inconsiderate human that is upsetting my enjoyment of this place. I guess a person that follows all the rules isn't right for my neighborhood? The fact that she yelled at me brings one word to mind "bully" and I don't like bullies! She will continue to harass me with her dogs and any action I take will certainly bring her screaming at me. I need a third party to handle this but the only neighbors I know also unleash their dogs so I am on an island here. This is so bad for my anxiety as I am now having to be prepared when I go outside. I used to have a condo board to help but there doesn't seem to be any help here except to call the authorities.. Shame
