The very worst owners of dogs are the ones that let the dog go on your property or take it to the Post Office and allow it to walk on that property and relieve its self. I don't give a darn if it is on a leash or not. The fact that it allows it at the post office where people must go to get their mail or on your property is the height of disrespect. Where a dog goes you can expect to also have unhealthy bacteria. We had a dog for many many years and would never think of being this dis respectable or inconsiderate. It should be a law and a fine for anyone using the Post Office or private property for dog walking.
