When I was working with an agent, she basically said when the new homes come on the market the demand is so high "you are going to have to decide in minutes if you want the house". I just couldn't operate that way. Historically impulse home buying has many more negatives than positives.
Boy oh boy, ain't that the truth! Certainly seems to work out that way for me.
