Really ???? LUCKY PEOPLE, sure wish that was the rule at EVERY postal station adjoining a POOL especially, some days in summer, we just can't take it, can really get over powering. Have never in all these years seen the villages administration take any actions to even try to stop it. For a couple years they posted a "please do not put dog feces in these containers" but of course, none of the dog people wanted to gather up their plastic bags of dung and tote it to their own garbage in their homes... who would ?
