I see it quite often. The worse is standing by the green of executive course after finishing the hole.
Two ladies were standing by their golf cart chatting away.
Yelled four but they just kept talking. Hit the ball on the green
and one of the ladies turned and looked at us with outstretched arms and an expression of WTH. She complained to the ambassador and he told us to wait until they drove away.
