Instead of venting on a forum and carrying banners of protest go out and do something to change the situations you are so obsessed about. Get involved with a charitable organization that is dedicated to helping others. Drive a truck picking up furniture for the Battered Womens and Childrens shelters, hammer some nails for Habitat for Humanity. Wheel a book cart at your local VA Hospital or sit at the reception desk in a hospital or teach an adult how to read. You are obsessing over a world full of problems that you have built up into enormous proportions in your own mind. Get the full outline of exactly what the CDC or WHO actually is and does. Come down to New Orleans and clean up the four years of moldy debris in the thousands of Katrina flooded homes that are still waiting to be removed to make way for housing for people who really need it.

Put all the anger and energy to work and make your world a better place in which to live. You will be a much more tired and happy person for all you can contribute.
