I wasn’t receiving mine either.
I have my golf reservations forwarded to my gmail account when the request I submitted is completed into a reservation. It facilitates not having to log into the account to check my reservation. I found that my .thevillages.net mailbox was full. I emptied that mail box - it fixed the issue. I also changed the setting on that email account to not store the mail there - it was redundant anyway.
