Agreed. Unless you bought it from FrontGate or it is very high end or resort-quality, it is not worth refinishing. Refinishing, last time I looked into it, was about 50% of replacing with new.
Otherwise, you can search and inquire with Orlando Restrapping (dot com) or Best Buy patio furniture (dot com).
