Just an update.
I had Romac come out and inspect all our windows.
Recommended replacing lift mechanisms on 9 windows.
Had them all done plus they "lubed" (with spray silicon) all the rest of the windows.
On time....reasonably short lead time....very proficient workers.
Reasonable cost. Significantly less than replacing windows.
