BINGO on the "distraction" call. If history is repeated (and it does going way back regardless of which party is in power), their bag of tricks to distract is getting thin...war drums will be required to funnel funds and keep the public distracted just like these missing tests/treatments/options after already being funded and not provided.
Go back and review history, anytime the economy is in this kind of trouble, all of a sudden we seem to need to get worried/involved in some military action around the world.
