DON'T CANCEL. You need to document multiple visits before they even put you through the months of hell to get a replacement. Would be curious to know what parts they send you. If the fridge is over 4 years and if they DON'T include AT LEAST a new circuit board and a tube of Sealant you may as well make an appointment for later in the year now.
Before they seal the icecube maker "box" the fridge must be full room temp and fully dry.
