Well, I lived in Vernon for 26 years and I have no idea what DB and TP
. The suburbs and Highland Lakes have drastically different climates and I worked in Maywood, so I could see the seasons change on my commute. Green in Maywood, leaves mostly off in Vernon. Same in winter...raining at work, snowing hard at home.
