Not sure what pleather is. A typo or imitation leather-vinyl. In many cases such chairs are a board secured by screws, rubber padding and then the covering. If, that is the case, in other words it is not a square block covered with sewn corners. You can easily do it yourself. Like most everything you will find how to do it on utube. You can find the rubber and the leather or vinyl retail or on line. You need the stuff plus a stapler with proper length staples-long enough to hold but not so long that you are sitting on tacks.
