You are correct - the prices are going crazy UP -- same thing in Michigan where we came from! Behind LSL are the Lakeside Cottages -- one year ago one sold (on the lake) for $1.3M - it never made the paper! It just sold for $1.55M after one year and this also did not make the sales floor!!!
