Over the last several years there have been posts where people brought up problems that survived closing and were advised by TOTV'S very best that they should have read what they signed B/4 they signed it. If they had a lawyer the sense of security they provide for $500 - $600 is cheap. I didn't lawyer up because of peer pressure. Foolish on my part.
I am voicing my regret. Simple as that. Not saying I'm 100% correct that you need a lawyer but I'm 1000% correct for me as far as lawyering up is concerned.
