Its a scam. Ive received the exact same message a dozen times. I simply tell people in my add that i accept cash and cash only now. It seems to have stoped a lot of the scams but not all. Scam are everywhere. Rather sad- WE just can't trust people like we use to.

Smells like the certified check scam where a check exceeding the payment with a request to kick back the excess amount.
I guess these guys are everywhere these days.
