Talked with my friend who looked at the temperature setting on the water heater. He said it looks like the temperature setting is on the very high side. If you look at the temperature control knob you can see where the arrow is on the knob. That arrow is where it should be. He suggests turning the setting back to that arrow. If that doesn’t do the trick it may be a weak pressure relief valve on the top of your water heater which means it would have to be replaced also, and if neither of the two option he mentioned don’t work then the temperature control mechanism could be bad.
