My wife and I refer to ourselves as rule obeyers. That said, we would never troll neighborhoods looking for rule violations to report. So I find this kind of conduct rather disheartening. Do trolls obey all rules? Do they come to a complete stop at stop signs in a golf cart in a neighborhood? Do they never exceed the 20 mph golf cart or any speed limit? Do they ever make a rolling stop in a car? Do they always use their blinkers when changing lanes? How would a troll feel if someone followed them to report any traffic violations? It really is the same principle. I just can not understand the mentality of why someone would want to do that? A feeling of power by a disgruntled person who has none?
