Are you serious? “Troll ladies”, “nosy busy bodies” “tattling” “white haired ladies” Your post says a lot more about YOU than these 2 ladies.
Were you trolling them?
Isn’t watching their every move and noting even the speed of their clipboard writing being a “nosy busy body” too?
