To my knowledge NOBODY has said they GOT funds. What has been said is that they are eligible to receive funds and if you read the legislation put forth by Barney Frank to allow those indicted to get funds to whom do you think that might be addressed ?

Also, they HAVE received funds from banks involved in the TARP bailout !
