South of 44 is trying to live off the north of 44s amenities. Great business model but things are way out of proportion for the residence. No matter what your opinion is the people who bought north of 44 and were told “ no more homes will be built” ,,,,, don’t like the people from south of 44/coming up to use the amenities. And thats a significant number from what i hear. Sorry about that. It’s just the truth.
Many of us who are priority members are questioning why we can’t get on a golf course to play. All i know is it was never this way till south of 44 was opened. Again it’s just the truth.
is this a fort sumter moment?
