South of 44 is trying to live off the north of 44s amenities. Great business model but things are way out of proportion for the residence. Many of us who are priority members are questioning why we can’t get on a golf course to play. All I know is it was never this way till south of 44 was opened. Again it’s just the truth.

The amenities do not belong to you. They belong to everyone who pays the amenity fees. Our 5 executive courses were easier to get tee times before Water
Lilly bridge was opened. Now, the people from north of 44 are down here using up all “our” tee times. See how that works.
Why does this have to be north against the south? Your beef should be with the developer who crossed 44 not us who bought houses in The Villages south of 44.
